Hot stones are used as a moist heat therapy. Our trained therapists use hot stones as tools to help relieve tension and restrictions from your muscles and fascia. The heat of the stones helps to get into the tissues more quickly, at a deeper level and help to relax the body at the same time. Your therapist will always make sure that the stones are at a heat level that is comfortable for you. Hot stone has benefits of helping with muscle tension, pain relief, improving circulation, and easing mental stress and anxiety.

For 30 years I have had Hotstone massage because of my back pain. A neurologist told me to never have surgery, but instead use other alternatives. My neck and back are so much better since getting massage at Tree of Life. My muscles are so much looser . I have some arthritis, and they have also addressed that. My hands, feet, and back are so much better. – Maxine
