HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
Recommended sessions are 30 minutes. You can be exposed to infrared heat for hours and it will never cause your skin to burn. In fact, infrared heat is so safe it is used in hospitals to warm newborn babies.
In addition the sauna has Acoustic Resonance Therapy which combines the healing effects of sound and vibration to harmonize all systems of the body bringing you to a deeper state of relaxation. It feels like light touch massage during your sauna session.
Towels and robes are provided. Feel free to bring a bathing suit or other garment to wear during your treatment.
